I'm a musician, a writer, and an artist from Gadsden, Alabama. I'm a husband. I'm a father. I'm a weird guy traversing a relatively "normal" path and trying to make interesting things for our eyes, ears, and minds. I Made a Mini Zine Every Day of July!! (Part 1)

    I read online that July is International Zine Month, and I figured that I should do something fun to celebrate it! Emboldened by the recent completion of My Zine Revolution (a project in which I completed a zine every week for a year) and the discovery of the  Dirty Little Zine  website (a neat-o site that is helpful for quicky layouts of one-sheet 8-page folded zines), I decided to create a new mini zine every day for the entire month. I used the site in some capacity for most of the zines, but not all. I highly recommend it for getting your ideas out quickly. It's limited but very cool and pretty easy on newcomers. Using the site helped me to better make the zines without the site. It got me rememberin' which page will go where when it's all folded.
